Designed from the notorious Danish consensus conferences, this distributed mode of technology assessment involved facilitating the learning of select publics so that they could develop views and appraisals of nanotechnology. I was involved in many stages of the project from providing input to Background Materials, recruiting participants, providing expertise during the forums, and taking a leadership role in the facilitation of the Arizona forum in Spring 2008.
